The entrance to Machu Picchu is limited to 2500 people. Consequently, due to the maximun capacity that the sanctuary can support, especially during peak season from June to October, the availability of entering may be harder easier to reach the maximum capacity of the day. As a result, we suggest making your reservations in advance for this reason. Machu Picchu can be visited all year round, with the best time to visit will be during April to December.

Description of the route
We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco early morning at 5:30 am or at 6:30 am (depends on the train schedule that you chose). After transferring you to the station, you will board the train that will take you to the Aguas Calientes town. In the final stop of Aguas Calientes, your guide awaits you in the station. The guide will then take you to the bus that will transport you to the citadel of Machu Picchu, where you will start the tour (Shift I and Shift II) with the guide for a time of 2 hours and 30 minutes. after the guide explanation you will have free time to walk around, you can walk towards the Inca Bridge or the Puerta del Sol.

Continuing, depending to the entry schedule to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu (Shift I or Shift II), you must take a bus back from the citadel of Machu Picchu to the town of Aguas Calientes. You will have time to have lunch and then take the return train.

At the final station we will be waiting to pick you up and take you back to your hotel.
